Donkatsu

Donkatsu is a Japanese food that consists of a breaded, deep-fried pork cutlet. Pork loin (ロース rōsu) or fillet (ヒレ hire) are typically used for this dish. The word Ton (豚) comes from “pork” and Katsu (カツ) is an abbreviation of Katsuretu (カツレツ) derived from the English word “cutlet”.

Donkatsu is breaded with panko (パン粉), a Japanese style breadcrumb made from white bread without crusts. Our crisp and crunchy breadcumbs are larger than other Japanese panko and give it a light and airy texture. Since it absorbs less oil than panko, it turns crispy after being fried.

What makes our katsu so different?

We make our own breadcrumbs: Freshly made breadcrumb with secret recipe does not absorb oil, which result in super crispy & never soggy Katsu.

We make our own sauce : Secret Brown Katsu sauce is prepared after 6 hours of boiling with 19 fresh ingredients. Most of other sauces are prepared in house as well so we know what we serve.

We don’t freeze our meat : Use of fresh ingredients is the first step of delicious food. Our pork loin & chicken breast is delivered fresh from our supplier and prepared everyday to serve you fresh.
